An Admin Needs to be the following:
-forum watcher-this requires real patience and time as you will have to be able to spot when somebody needs to be assigned or helped around the site.
-problem spotter and solver-this area requires a person who is good at making split decisions and knows when it's right or wrong to do something. They also need to be calm and not nervous.
-advertiser- basically need to be well known media wise and on other sites to allow us to have the greatest chance of competing with other sites.
-graphics production-be artistic and good with photoshop!!!!!
